Montaria is the highest penthouse at Planat, a family home in San Cassiano, Alta Badia.
Its forty-five square metres are set beneath a wooden roof and include a bedroom, a living area with a kitchenette and dining table, and a bathroom with a shower.
The round windows are among the apartment's most distinctive architectural features.
A private sauna is located on the balcony, surrounded by the landscape and larch trees. The village is also visible from the balcony.
Montaria accommodates up to three guests.
The apartment is reached by stairs.
Free private parking is available.
Our alpacas live beside the house, between their pasture and stable.
The stable, with its wooden enclosures and stone walls, is part of everyday life on the farm.
The animals follow their own rhythm, independently of the guests who come to stay.
They are not an attraction created for tourism. This is simply where they live.

To reach the property, simply enter “Apartments Planat” or “Via Surega 10, San Cassiano” in Google Maps. The house is set in a peaceful mountain area, with included parking available directly at the property.
Please park only in the designated Planat parking area. Detailed check-in and key instructions will be sent before arrival.
During the winter season, we recommend travelling with winter tyres or snow chains, as roads in the Dolomites may be snowy or icy.
Check-in is available from 4:00 PM.
Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
